Alexander Vinogradov made his debut at the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow at the age of 21. Since then he has established a remarkable career and is a regular guest at the leading opera houses in the world, including Royal Opera House Covent Garden London, Metropolitan Opera, Teatro alla Scala, Opéra National de Paris, Théâtre du Châtelet de Paris, Staatsoper Berlin, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Staatsoper Munich, Opernhaus Zürich, Vienna State Opera, Opéra de Monte-Carlo, Palau de les Arts de Valencia, Teatro Real de Madrid, Semperoper Dresden, New National Theatre Tokyo, Teatro Colòn de Buenos Aires, Teatro La Fenice di Venezia, Teatro San Carlo di Napoli.

He works regularly with such conductors as Daniel Barenboim, Zubin Mehta, Myung-Whun Chung, Gustavo Dudamel, Valerij Gergeev, Mariss Jansons, Philippe Jordan, Vladimir Jurowski, Lorin Maazel, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Gianandrea Noseda, Sir Antonio Pappano, Vasilj Petrenko, Helmuth Rilling, Yuri Temirkanov, James Conlon, Bertrand de Billy, Fabio Luisi.

On the concert platform, he has sung Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Beethoven’s IX Symphony under the batons of Daniel Barenboim, Lawrence Foster and Myung-Whun Chung, Verdi’s Messa da Requiem with the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks conducted by Mariss Jansons, with  Orchestra Filarmonica della Scala conducted by Daniel Barendoim and Riccardo Chailly, at Festival Verdi in Parma under the baton of Yuri Temirkanov, Shostakovich’ Symphony No. 14 with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Schostakovich’ Symphony n.13 at Opéra National de Paris and with Hamburg Symphony conducted by Kent Nagano, Mussorgskij’s Songs and Dances of Death with Danish Radio Orchestra and Yuri Temirkanov, Berlioz’ La damnation de Faust with Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester and with Gubelkian Orchestra Lisbon, Oedipus Rex and Ivan the Terrible with Orquesta Nacional de Espana.
